Event Assistance Fund

Minneapolis Northwest offer an Event Assistance Fund designed to help offset the cost of your event. Funds are available for meetings, events and sports tournaments that book in the immediate northwest suburbs of Minneapolis—including the cities of Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park and Maple Grove. These funds exist to help ease the financial burden of planning an event. Use Event Assistance Fund dollars to help with:

  • Lodging
  • Transportation and Shuttle Service
  • Food and Beverage
  • Breakout Sessions
  • Team-building Activities

To have your meeting or other type of event considered, please submit your RFP online or email it to one of our businesses development managers below.
