There is a new chef in Brooklyn Park and he aspires to take the restaurant located inside of Edinburgh USA Golf Course to a level beyond standard pub fare. His menu reflect his farm to fork philosophy that offers comfort food and dishes unique to his ever changing French inspired menu.
When the staff of MNW recently visited we enjoyed a wide array of lunch options ranging from Fried Nashville Hot Catfish and a Caesar Salad to a house made Muffaletta. We all agreed that the Wild Rice Soup was some of the best we’d had! Local TV press recently ran this story showcasing the new menu program Chef Kevin has brought to the Tavern.
Offering a variety of vegan and gluten-free options the menu provides a wide range of choices and options. Their small bites menu includes a popular Charcuterie for Two as well as a Mexican Shrimp Cocktail.
Open seven days a week, be sure to set aside room for dessert as Chef Kevin’s 12 layer Crepe Cake with raspberry coulis and cream is a dessert not to be missed!
