Minneapolis Northwest Partners with SARX Communications to host Pedal Jam family bike ride event

The Strengthening African Resilience towards Excellence (SARX), a local nonprofit organization, is proud to host PEDAL JAM 2025, a family-friendly biking event designed to promote active living, physical fitness, and community connection.
Participants will travel a total of 10 miles from Oak Grove Park in Brooklyn Park to the Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park, and back — offering a day of fun for riders of all ages and skill levels.
Originally launched by the Minneapolis Northwest Tourism Board two years ago, Pedal Jam has become a summer favorite. This year, the board has invited SARX to take the lead on the event while they focus on organizing the Gus Macker 3-on-3 basketball tournament.

Bike Ride Begins: 12:00 PM
Cost: Adults $10 | Youth (under 18) $5
(Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult)
