KARE 11: Thai Spring Rolls from Lemon Grass
Chef Ann Ahmed of Lemon Grass Thai Cusine stopped by KARE in the Kitchen to show Alicia Lewis and Lauren Leamancyzk how to make her famous Spring Rolls.
She will soon open the doors to a new restaurant in Golden Valley called Lat 14.
Here is the recipe so you can try making them at home
.- Rice paper
- Rice noodles
- Shredded Carrots
Roll all the ingredients together in the rice paper.
- 1 cup of simple syrup
- 2 TB fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1 TB vinegar
- 2 TB fish sauce
- Thai chilis to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Chopped peanuts
Mix ingredients together.
